Guest Conduct and Guidelines

1. General Behavior and Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain respectful and polite behavior towards other guests, staff, and hosts.

  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive language will not be tolerated.

  • ​Guests must follow all posted rules and instructions provided by the host or venue.

  • Guests are required to comply with all local laws and legislation during their stay.

  • Any illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the premises and may be
    reported to local authorities.

2. Check-In and Check-Out Procedures

  • Check-In: Guests will be informed of the check-in time prior to their arrival. Please adhere to this time unless previously arranged with the host.

  • Check-Out: Guests must check out by the specified time on the day of departure. Late check-out may be arranged in advance but is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Use of Property

  • Please treat the property, furniture, and equipment with care and report any damages immediately.

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight or use the premises.

  • Smoking is prohibited [or designated smoking areas are provided]. Violation of this rule may lead to additional cleaning fees.

4. Noise Levels

  • Quiet hours are enforced to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Please be considerate of others, especially during the late hours.

  • Loud music or disruptive behavior may result in early termination of stay or expulsion from the event.

5. Common Areas

  • Common areas such as outdoor spaces, lobbies, and parking areas are shared by all guests and must be treated with respect.

  • Guests should avoid leaving personal belongings in these areas and ensure that no damage or excessive mess is created.

  • Noise and activities in common areas should not disturb other guests. Please adhere to any posted rules or restrictions regarding their use.

6. Safety and Security

Your safety and security are our top priority. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  6.1 Personal Safety

  • Emergency Exits: Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits and fire safety equipment. In case of an emergency, follow posted evacuation routes.​​

  • Fire Safety: Smoking and open flames are prohibited in non-designated areas. Report any safety concerns immediately.

  6.2 Security of Personal Belongings

  • Lock Doors and Windows: Ensure your room/accommodation is secured when leaving.

  • Valuables: Keep personal belongings with you or in designated secure areas. The venue/host is not liable for lost or stolen items.

  6.3 Surveillance and Monitoring

  • Security Cameras: Certain areas may be under surveillance for your safety. Tampering with security equipment is prohibited.

  • Incident Reporting: Report any suspicious activity, accidents, or injuries to staff immediately.

  6.4 Children and Vulnerable Guests

  • Supervision: Ensure that children and vulnerable guests are supervised at all times. Notify staff if special assistance is required.

  6.5 Emergency Contacts

  • Emergency contact information will be provided upon check-in. Please familiarize yourself with these details in case of an emergency.

  6.6 Travel Insurance

  • We highly recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost personal belongings. Travel insurance provides added protection for you during your stay and can help manage unexpected costs.

7. Pets

  • Pets may be allowed with prior approval from the host. Guests are responsible for their pets; behavior and any damage caused to the property. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

8. Liability and Damages

  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage to property caused by themselves or their party. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest.

  • Guests participate in events/activities at their own risk. The host/venue is not responsible for any accidents or injuries unless due to gross negligence.

9. Wi-Fi and Internet Use

  • Guests are welcome to use the provided Wi-Fi. Please refrain from accessing inappropriate content or illegal downloading during your stay.

  • Password for Wi-Fi access will be provided at check-in.

10. Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility

  • We encourage guests to minimize their environmental impact by reducing waste, reusing materials, and recycling whenever possible.

  • Please turn off lights and electrical appliances when not in use.
