This Code of Conduct outlines the behaviors and expectations for anyone who engages with our organization, including employees, contractors, volunteers, clients, and suppliers. Our core values of Passion, Integrity and Transparency guide our conduct and business practices. We aim to foster a respectful and ethical environment where all parties, internal and external, can thrive and succeed.

Scope

This policy applies to all individuals associated with the organization, including but
not limited to:

  • Employees

  • Volunteers

  • Contractors

  • Partners

  • Clients

  • Suppliers of accommodation

  • Visitors

Expected Behaviors

In alignment with our core values, all individuals and entities working with the organization, including clients and suppliers of accommodation, are expected to:

Demonstrate Integrity through honest actions, ethical decision-making, and by consistently doing what’s right even when it’s not easy.

Specific expectations for clients and suppliers include:

  • Clients: We expect our clients to engage with us respectfully, provide clear instructions and feedback, and honour their contractual obligations.

  • Suppliers: We expect our accommodation suppliers to adhere to agreed upon terms, deliver services that meet the required standards, and act ethically in all aspects of the business relationship.

Unacceptable Behaviors

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and violate our core values:

  • Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind.

  • Physical or verbal abuse, threats, or intimidation.

  • Unethical or unlawful conduct, including fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of contract.

  • Sharing confidential or proprietary information without proper authorization.

  • Engaging in conduct that harms the reputation or operations of the agency, clients, or suppliers.

  • Retaliation against individuals who report violations of the Code of Conduct.

Adherence to the Code of Conduct

We believe that strong relationships with both clients and suppliers are built on mutual respect, transparency, and shared values. While we do not mandate that our clients or accommodation suppliers formally adhere to this Code of Conduct, we strongly encourage them to align with its principles.


By embracing values of Passion, Integrity and Transparency, we can foster collaborative, ethical, and successful partnerships. We ask that clients and suppliers engage with our organization in a manner that reflects these values, promoting a positive and professional working environment for all parties involved.

Disciplinary Actions

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including:

  • Formal warnings

  • Suspension

  • Termination of employment, contract, or business relationship

  • Legal action, if applicable
