Vestra Partner Agreement

1. Purpose

The purpose of this simple Agreement is to establish the terms under which the Agency will refer guests to the Provider for accommodation services.

2. Responsibilities of the Agency

The Agency agrees to:

  • Promote the Provider’s accommodation services to potential guests.

  • Refer guests to the Provider based on availability and the Provider's service offerings.

  • Provide relevant booking information to the Provider in a timely manner.

3. Responsibilities of the Provider

The Provider agrees to:

  • Offer accommodations in accordance with the details provided to the Agency.

  • Ensure the accommodations meet appropriate standards of quality and safety.

  • Provide availability and booking confirmations promptly to the Agency.

  • Adhere to and agree with the following terms and policies:

    • Privacy Policy​

    • Code of Conduct

    • Guest Conduct and Guidelines

    • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Policies

    • Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability Policies

4. Payment Terms

The Provider agrees to pay a commission of 15% of the total booking amount for each booking, unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment for accommodation services will be made in thirty (30) day monthly increments (if over 30 nights) or in full if less, to the Provider. Payment is made by either Vestra Stays or the client within 30 days after the guest's arrival or the date of invoice, whichever is later.

5. General Provisions

  • Both parties agree to act in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws.

  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to mediation. Failing mediation, disputes will be settled in accordance with UK laws.
